These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fluxo IPTV apps and web player (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload, stream or distribute content you do not have the rights to.

Content

Fluxo is a media player and management application. You are responsible for any playlists, subscriptions or content you connect to or access through the Service, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use them.

Subscriptions and purchases

Where paid features or subscriptions are offered, purchases are handled by the applicable app store (App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Billing, renewals and cancellations are managed through your store account.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
